公司設置推動公司治理兼職單位運作及執行情形
- 本公司已訂定「公司治理實務守則」，於2023年1月經董事會決議通過，並於2024年9月04日指派財務長謝如菁兼任公司治理主管，保障股東權益並強化董事會職能。
